  17. Okay folks, it's all cleared up now.  As either Paul or Harv noted, I had 
  18. linked MUI3.1 to AmigaDOS3.1 just by numeric coincidence.  Also, I had 
  19. assumed that MUI was equivalent to Motif since Mosaic requires Motif on 
  20. UNIX platforms and AMosaic requires MUI.

  22. However, the topper was the fact that so many complained that MUI caused 
  23. their machines to crash.  Others described it as a tool to customize the 
  24. look and feel of the "machine" (which I assumed to mean that it actually 
  25. replace the entire look and feel of Workbench).
